Claudia Chan Shaw – Founding Member
With a BA in Visual Communication Design from Sydney College of the Arts, she is co-designer and director for the internationally acclaimed Australian fashion label, Vivian Chan Shaw. The label is renowned for its exquisite handmade knitwear and jewellery. The designs are represented in the permanent collection of the Powerhouse Museum, Sydney.
Claudia has curated a number of fashion exhibitions including Vivian Chan Shaw – 40 Years, A Retrospective and Alfredo Bouret Retrospective, a tribute to the great fashion artist.

Nicole Smith – Founding Member
Nicole Smith is considered one of the most experienced and creative marketers in the Australian architecture, property and construction industries. Her research-driven approach, combined with an entrepreneurial nature and creative eye, make her unique among her peers. Nicole also serves as a non-executive director on the board of Siren Design, one of Australasia’s leading interior design firms, where she helps to drive the long-term strategy, branding and marketing of the firm.
Darren Taylor – Founding Member
Darren is that rare entrepreneur who listens as well as he speaks, whose facilitation workshops and brand vision models are exercises in creativity that elicit laughter as well as insight. Educated at Swinburne University of Technology and RMIT in Engineering, Marketing and International Trade and The National Theatre in Music Theatre, he worked at a number of creative agencies before starting Taylor & Grace in 2006.
Greg Carton – Founding Member
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Greg has lived in Asia for over 30 years, 18 of which have been with Ogilvy. His journey with Ogilvy began in 2004 when he joined as an Account Director looking after a portfolio of international brands – The Economist, Delta Airlines, and Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts – in addition to local brands – SmarTone and Swire Properties.
Ivan Gomez – Founding Member
An innovator at heart with a PhD in Lateral Thinking, Ivan Gomez has a passion for creating relationships between business and customer, creator and audience. Ivan emerged into the Australian fashion industry in 1993 designing for some of the world’s leading music acts with Invasion Clothing. After selling Invasion Clothing, he created Vicious Threads, an iconic 2000s streetwear brand stocked at Myer, David Jones and internationally in the United States, UK and Japan.
Kerryn Briody – Founding Member
Kerryn Briody, a graduate of Interior Design at RMIT, worked extensively in the construction sector across Design and Project Management working in both the public and private sectors, across Australia.
Her core business is commercial fitout, specialising in client-side representation in the delivery of corporate headquarters and office fitout. Recent projects include Oil & Gas and Mining industry corporates in Perth WA.
